Amazon will be responsible for the security of third-party products

Contrary to the ruling of the California state appellate court, the internet giant said they only make connections between buyers and sellers. However, the judge thinks that there is a 'direct link' in the case of distribution, so the company has to take responsibility. Although one judge ruled in favor of Amazon, the company did not participate in the sale, only advertising the seller's product. Amazon has not commented on whether it will appeal the ruling. But if the ruling is in force, Amazon will have to change its policy. In that case, Amazon may have to fight a legal battle, including taking responsibility for product security issues.
